These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Absolute Wraps | Ceramic Pro Irving (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By requesting, authorizing, or purchasing any of our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you may not access or use any services provided by Absolute Wraps | Ceramic Pro Irving.

2. Scope of Services
Absolute Wraps | Ceramic Pro Irving offers professional automotive services including but not limited to vinyl wraps, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, window tinting, and related vehicle customization.

All services are subject to the specific terms detailed in the customer’s written estimate, invoice, or work order. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Appointments and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments.

Appointment slots are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full prior to release of the vehicle. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, or approved financing options.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All invoices are due upon completion.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of receipt of the invoice.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Disclosing prior paintwork, damage, or aftermarket modifications before service.
Removing personal items and valuables from the vehicle.
Complying with aftercare instructions and maintenance guidelines.
Providing accurate and up-to-date contact and vehicle information.

6. Limited Warranty
Absolute Wraps | Ceramic Pro Irving provides warranties in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms for specific materials used (e.g., vinyl, PPF, ceramic coatings). Warranty coverage may vary by service.
We do not warrant against damage caused by:

Improper maintenance or neglect
Impact, abrasion, vandalism, or environmental fallout
Third-party products or interference
Pre-existing vehicle defects or substandard paint conditions

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to decline or terminate services to any customer at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement, abusive behavior, or unsafe working conditions.

9. Use of Images and Media
You grant us the right to photograph or record your vehicle before, during, or after service for internal documentation, training, or marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to service.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
